My name is Tonette Winston. I have worked at Operation Nightwatch for three years as Night Supervisor in the Dispatch Center. I have been actively involved within the homeless community for the last 15 years as a case manager, shelter supervisor, peer counselor and advocate.

Why I serve at Operation Nightwatch

I believe we can learn from each other and that everyone has something valuable to share. Although I often times see people at their very worst, sharing their journey and watching them heal is what the soul requires.
