| These are units that rent for $250 to $275 a month, plus $25.00 per month which goes toward the last month's rent. After the last month's rent is fully held in reserve, the fee is dropped. |
| These units are very small, and not self-contained. They are known as "SRO" - Single Room Occupancy. Each floor in the apartment building has 2 shared bathrooms and a community kitchen. |
| Each apartment is furnished with a bed, a dresser, and a small refrigerator. |
| Eligibility: |
| Residents must be over 62, or have the health needs of a 62 year-old. Residents must be able to climb stairs, and have income to support the monthly rent. A completed one-page rental application and proof-of-income are required. |
